All of us are Equal

None of us are better than anyone else no matter how much they achieve or have. Treat everyone with rhe respect they deserve.
We were all born wtih the same opportunity. some seize these opportunities and some will not.
We all have challenges in our lives. It is not IF you have a challenge but how you manage them.

Being nice cost nothing but may have huge impact

It costs nothing.
Everyone has challenges in life and you never know what is going on in their life that may be profound.
You never know how you may meet another person again.

Give everyone the benefit of doubt but not everyone is your friend

iAlways give everyone you meet the benefit of the doubt. You have no idea what is going on in their life.
There is always someone that has it worse than you do.
We meet many people in life. Some like you for who you are, but many are transactional and only like you for what you can do for them.

Work hard

There is no substitute for hard work and it distinguishes you from everyone else. if they want you to come in at 8:00 am, come in at 7:45. People notice.
Show up for fully engage and prepared in everything you do – mentally, do your homework, and always be prepared.

Get along with people

It does not matter if you are the smartest person if people do not like you.
There are some bad people that even their neighbors don’t like them. Get along with them anyway.

Be smart

Make the same mistakes only once. Everyone make mistakes but own your mistakes, apologize for them. Learn from them, and never make them again.
Take responsibility for everything you do and be accountable.

Be the best you can be at everything you do

Put your family first above all. Make it your priority. It is your responsibility.
Faith is essential to a good life.
Strive for excellence in everything you do - be intentional about being the best employee, dad, grandad, husband, brother, and or student. Whatever you do, do it well. it reflects on you whether you see it or not.

Live beneath your means

Pay off your house as early as possible.
Manage every major expense so you know what you spend on everthing and put away whatever is left for the future..
Budget to spend less wherever you can and have visibility to what you spend.

Be an Optimist

It is a an atitude.
It is easier to live life as an optimist.
Everyone has challenges in their life. It is not if you have obstacles, but how you handle them that matters. You will overcome challenges better if you have an optimistic outlook – challenges become speed bumps rather than a brick wall.
Look at everything as a “cloud with a silver lining” or as the “glass half full”.

Make the world a better place

Do something worthwhile in your life and you will find you have a better more fulfilled life.
·Make someone else’s life a little better, or easier.
Change just one life and you may find the life most changed is your own.

Be memorable

Do everything to the best of your ability. Even in small things do your best. This applies to tasks, school, athletics, and work.
People notice when you do great work.
You can be proud of everything you do, and will likely have not regrets later, if you did your best.
