I was blessed to accomplish more than i ever thought i would.  Some of these acknowledgements of my work are below:

As a high school student i was recognized as the top student in Auto Mechanics at graduation.

As a college student, I was elected as Student Gobernment President my senior year of College and the top student at the University of Michigan - Flint in Economics.

in 2000 at Shared Medical Systems, our team finished as the top Region in the company based on established metrics

In a company wide contest in 2003 at Cisco Systems, our entry was selected as the top entry from across the entire company.In a company wide contest on IP Telephony

In 2015, our team won the first ever "innovation everywhere" award at Cisco in 2015 (which is now an annual contest) for Project LIfechanger (a program I started) in my last full year at Cisco.    This was recognized company wide.

The state of MIchigan Department of Rehabilitation (MRS) acknowledged our work to help people with disabilities secure meaningful employment with their Chamption award.  More about this program is provided in the published podcast.

i was the first person ever hired at SMS directly out of college.  I believe I was a bit of an experiment.  this program was a great success aleading do hiring many others afterward directly from college.

I met my sales goal every year I was on quota at Shared Medical Systems (SMS), and Cisco Systems.

I created an IP Telephony ROI tool in Excel that was used by many regions in the company and helped our Region achieve top performance awards.
